Brothers tap into their creative talents for Open House video at Union Lodge No. 5

At their Fellowship Night on Wednesday September 14, several brothers of Union Lodge No. 5 got together to create videos for use during the upcoming October Open House Program.  Brother Michel Gomez manned the video camera while several other brothers were filmed answering questions such as “Why did you join your lodge”, “What do you like most about your lodge”, and “How has freemasonry changed you”.  Brother Gomez will edit the videos and create a file that will run on the lodge’s big-screen television during the Open House Program to help visitors learn more about the brothers of Union Lodge No. 5.

“Our brothers are our greatest assets,” Worshipful Master Jon Ringel stated, “and they are the reason we are so involved, recognized and respected in our community.”  The brothers hope to expand the project in the future to further highlight the unique and dynamic nature of their lodge.  Participants ranged from younger brothers to Past Masters, and included a visiting brother from India who the brothers have welcomed to their lodge during his brief stay in Stamford.
